We offer the highest level of care in a nurturing environment, however our residents have a choice in the degree of daily independence or assistance they would like. We offer spacious rooms - private or shared, with beautifully furnished accomodations. You can walk along one of our garden paths, sit quietly by the lake in our gazebo and watch the ducks and cranes or simply rock gently on the front porch.

Medical Services Available:
- In-House physician - primary care, podiatrist, dentist
- In-House Licensed Nurse
- Weekly blood pressure readings and charting
- Home Health - physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy
- Lab Testing - blood work, x-rays, urinalysis etc. completed by independent mobile lab group
- Hospice care when needed
Sweet Water costs:
Our administrator, manager and licensed nurse meet with each resident and resident family member in consideration of their needs as it relates to level of care. This is an important meeting for the resident , their family and the Sweet Water staff so each of us can judge the extent and level of care requested and required. Sweet Water prides itself on excellence in care and we place a high value on understanding the extent of care desired as well as the level of care required. Monthly fee's are based on the assessment which comes out of this meeting. This fee is an all inclusive fee for the services and amenities listed above. It is simply all you pay each month!
